It is a story of my ex-colleague from my previous work. Was an assistant in an office of export in Tokyo. His name is Mr. Fumio Ito. A coaching role for the accommodation of visitors and clients included in the country. I had to choose to book a hotel for visitors worldwide. Provision of transport was also their responsibility. He managed to pick up visitors at the airport and their hotel, and resume for a business meeting at the hotel.
