Recently, I received a follow up call after an introduction by e-mail from a restaurant to make the intermediate Operations Manager looking for a change of a national mark in the Northeast. We talked at length about his professional qualifications, experience in catering operations (including feedback and current position with his creator), and find the motivation to another location. Uncertain, however, was a rock star and a candidate who is usually portrayed with enthusiasm.
